No, no one in GF is close to Ricks intelligence. Rick slams the verse in intelligence Bill simply has more knowledge than Rick, I also dont think making higher AP stuff means you are smarter it just means your inventions have a higher AP

Ngl at a certain point intelligence degrees are just unquantifiable, as who tf knows how science involving Higher Dimensions actually works outside of just theorical stuff.

I think that all Supergenius based on scaling from Tier 1 shit are baseline for this reason.
