This is a bit disingenuous.
We know that Blue Isle still has gaming-based distribution rights for him, and while the current legal status is unknown, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist and that everything goes. It's just not public at this time

The entirety of Granny is built off an IP they don't have the rights to, and isn't official in any regard to it. why is this even an discussion? DBZ is it's own IP, and so is DnD.

Lmao, you haven't touched a DVloper game in your life it seems.
Slenderman has a game of his own and several appearances throughout various games in the verse. He also has a major role in the story and is literally Slendrina's father.
The mere fact that Slenderman is present as more than just a cameo or reference, and even has his own game, makes the verse fanfic by definition, whether you like it or not.

Who owns it? Like really, at this point Slenderman might as well be considered a free domain character, as no one owns it. And if you are arguing that using a character that is basically on the free domain makes your verse copyright, then we should remove WoD and fate to not be hypocrites.

Under what legal technicality does this make slenderman a public domain character? Slenderman is still considered a copyrighted character, even if we don't know the owners.
That makes this verse fanfiction, plain and simple. you can have your own personal opinions, but that doesn't change that legally, he is not public domain.

I am just saying that there are verses that used at one point other IP, but are still on the wiki, to delete one and make the other stay just make you an hypocrite.
