This is the Yearly Anniversary Update for Granblue fantasy cosmology.

Astral Realm and Crimson Horizon have been upgraded into a low 1-C structure.
Crimson Horizon for embedding the entire Sky-realm Structure making it 5D
Astral Realm for existing higher than a Dimension that sees the Entire Sky-realm Timeline as Ripples in the river and for not existing on The Sky-realm's entire timeline

Now there is an issue with this
Since Astral Realm is treated as a 5D space because Cosmos owns the Dimension below it and was created in her Power. She is treated as a 5D being. and Cosmos is only but a tool for Astrals in the Astral Realm. Thus making Astral Realm a 5D space. The issue lies that we don't really assume that a Structure has no temporal dimension unless stated so and since Astral Realm is a structure presumably with time (Cosmos hibernated until Singularity has been destroyed. and In the Dimension of Precipice they experienced through The War and its aftermath which took decades and was said to be a Long Trek Through time yet only a few moments passed in Sky-realm while they go through time).
Lastly, Crimson Horizon implies that Timeline does exist within every dimension which would include Astral Realm as it was based on Sky-realm but situated on a higher plane as per how it functions and sees Sky-Realm's timeline as mere ripples in a river from a dimension in between both Realm which is lower than even Astral Realm. while Boundary is able to simulate Astral Realm and being able to store and fuel those timelines within the Boundary
It should be 5D space + Time.
In Conclusion: The Creator of the Astral Realm should be 6D for having the power to create Astral Realm as a whole and Entities that exist above it would be 6D as well (Same tier anyway so less editing).
Cosmos will remain 5D because she is merely a tool and denizen in this Structure.
Anyway with that segway done. The Real CRT will begin.
This will focus more on their abilities
And Since we already have a Six Dragon Physiology within Primal Beast Physiology. It will be changed to Wedge Physiology to better reflect it as a whole
Now These personalities are more than just Personality.
These personalities has the information of reality and what they should be and also their powers.
That should grant them Information Manipulation Type 2 or have Information Type 2 within them and using their powers they could basically paint the world like a canvas with their own power.
There are also these scans where Orologia stored information in his personality the entire information of a fully simulated reality that could manifest within reality if it wasn't contained or severed after the simulation ended
In Conclusion: Personalities consist of Information that makes up Reality as a whole and to Orologia this information is permutations of equations and variables granting them Info Type 2
In Conclusion: Six Dragons will gain High Godly Regeneration for being able to regenerate/reincarnate from the erasure of their personalities being wiped clean which consists of their powers that define Concepts by being the pressure that shapes it and Information Type 2 for their personalities also possess the data and information of reality.
They will also gain Type 9 Immortality because the power that reborn them is in the Boundary and not in Sky-realm but will still be dependant to the World making it their weakness that could negate their regeneration from type 9 immorality
As for their Tiers, they would scale with Orologia as per this scan. and we will discuss Orologia's Tier in the next section below
Now These simulations aren't just simulations of Sky-realm. It involved simulating Astral Realm and Otherworld and the Boundary due to how they will interact with Sky-realm which would cause the World to ruin. These simulations he has run can manifest physically and they had to seal it within the Boundary just to make sure it will not seep into reality because Orologia cannot sustain them all anymore. But these Simulations are powerless unless Observed or seen when sealed in the Boundary. But they can still intervene to make people connected to the boundary to observe and see them as done multiple times.
In Conclusion: These failed simulations are not different from the actual reality and may as well be things that can happen. since for Orologia, they are merely information in his personality he would scale to them making Orologia At least Low 1-C [6D], likely 1-C
what do we know
This pretty much puts it into a 7D structure
Most notably how they transcend Time and Space, are Capable of reaching Paradoxical space, and Transcend Dimensional Barriers (Jp Text).
The CRT regarding this granting abilities has already been accepted and concluded this CRT is about revising their Tiers.
Since they transcend dimensional barriers they, in theory, could upscale or reach Astral Realm or any realm to be precise as long as Death exists in those realms and this even extends up even to Holy Seat Genesis if they can make a bridge by killing a being tied to the Omnipotent.
For explanation why they haven't yet is due to the fact that Death does not exist there. The idea of the Otherworld or Afterlife in the Astral Realm is nonexistent.
lastly, Crimson Horizon and its Chaos contains the timelines from every dimension
knowing this it would scale Similarly to the Boundary.
So notable Otherworldly Beings would be tiered 1-C 7D,
Not only that Etemenanki Encompasses Chaos and Providence it is also neither worldly nor Otherworldly and is neither. A Place Apart from all of those
Providence as a whole is basically what makes up all of creation.
While Holy Seat Genesis is said to be where the Omnipotent resides with his Throne and it is said that he is Beyond even the Boundary.
With that said Etemenanki would be an 8D structure.

Every single living Skydweller Fate Manipulation and Memory Manipulation resistance will now scale to Otherworld's capability to rewrite them (7D or 6D) for being able to resist them and because Free Will is something not even Otherworlders nor Orologia can interfere with.

And yes it does mention a lot of dimension shenanigans but I'm not really knowledgeable enough to say whether that transcending dimension or transcending dimensional barrier or beyond the bounds of dimension is Higher into tier 1. Will probably try to push that some other time but for now I'm focusing on what has a solid enough foundation to be rated and indexed

Wedges
Anniversary event elaborated more on what Wedges are and what they do and there are more Wedges aside from the Six Dragons and unsurprisingly they are also all Dragons originallyThis will focus more on their abilities

Information Type 2
Wedges possess Personalities which are created by The World base on temporal feedback and the state of the World.Now These personalities are more than just Personality.
These personalities has the information of reality and what they should be and also their powers.

Tiers
All Wedges exist on the same level of existence as others but intervening with each other would cause too much elemental turbulence that it might cause the world to end so they would be on the same tiers for their level of existence despite not having actual feats of fighting each other.As for their Tiers, they would scale with Orologia as per this scan. and we will discuss Orologia's Tier in the next section below
Orologia
Simulations
First off Orologia has run and stored a total of 576 million Simulations which is said to be alternate realities.Now These simulations aren't just simulations of Sky-realm.
