Sandy himself only beats Lucilius with the help of the main crew so he's a bit weaker than Lucilius but still comparable.

Well he needed lyria to awakens more of the power to gain 12 wings using the feather given by Lucifer. But after that he is basically the one fighting Lucilius majority of the fight and versus implied it will be difficult to beat him without sandy

who is exactly on the ship most of the time? Relink acts like characters like Narmaya and Sige are on the ship but they never show.

Also Id was a huge problem for us in relink but Seofon beats him up alone in the post game story.

they always show it like characters are always in grancypher most of the time so its nothing burger
but those who really stay in Grancypher and rarely go out is def Narmaya and Sieg for relink as they are not tied to any organization or kingdoms

Seofon like we said is one of the most strongest characters. his intrustive thoughts are not his own thoughts but the alternate Seofon from the Boundary who existed and Became a God in one of the simulations. Seofon is always dealing with him ever since the event of And You... and Seofon having this conversation with the alternate Seofon could mean Relink is post And You... event as those simulations are locked inside Orologia until they are put in Boundary where no one can reach except Seofon and the rest of boundary imprints users

Supernal Plane is not Astral Realm
It is a higher dimension
Due to being higher dimensions people from the future can interact with people from the past via this but they set up a rule to not share future events to avoid paradox etc.
It is a source of infinite magic and can grant life and wisdom
gives wisdom that explains nonphysical things like Spirit energy and information knowledge and how spirit energy is absorbed by the cosmos and goes undulations (likely implies Rebirth) while Knowledge and information remain (backed up by the Main story as when people die the otherworld hand seems to always want to grab these things when people die which gives them access to their knowledge and stuff)
Mariquares implies that it exists even beyond the Stars (either stars in the cosmos or Stars as Astral realm but we are yet to see) but we've yet to see
Can swallow up the skies if weaponized and after being weaponized the Supernal energy inside started to increasing in great numbers that the dimension is slowly being filled that it can cause the barrier between dimension to crack due to load
