(GRACE) 7-C+ Tournament Semifinals Match 2: Johnny X VS Takeshi Yamamoto

How fast does the ability take to activate?
It's just the bird spreading it's aura (as it's surrounded by rain flames), so all he needs to do is spread its wings.
Johnny can literally fight while blind
He shot at non moving targets.
Plus, Johnny has Weather Manipulation, so he can probably counter this before the ability activates
Johnny can control the atmosphere via his Weather Manipulation.
Power Null via Rain Flames.
Won't help him here, as Johnny can fight while blind.
Hiding his presence and moving is different from attacking a non moving target. Plus he's going to be fighting a mirage, and won't even realize he's fighting a fake, cause he's literally countering his techniques with water forcefields.
Also, Johnny can use his Telepathy to find where Yamamoto is at.
He can literally hide his presence, so he won't be able to see anything.
Most likely won't happen unless you can convince me he can do this.

Know what, I concede. I change my vote to Yamamoto.

Not only do you make a good point, but also I'm going to lose the tournament in the end even if I won because apparently Adapting to your opponent in seconds is okay for the tournament.
