No it doesn't. Hax work regardless of power that's literally THE WHOLE POINT of hax.
You can't just make up a nonexistent limitation and say everyone needs to debunk it or it's true.
By that logic I could say "prove Gokus power and durability works on yellow haired supreme gods or he's getting one shotted". See how making up limitations and rules doesn't make sense?

No, Mori's mind hax is the same as Mujin's where his presence makes people give up and completely submit to him, it's something that affects mental, not physical, so it doesn't matter how much physical stronger Goku is, because mind hax affects mental not physical.

Like some guy made a comment that ignored half of the win cons, didn't say how Goku comes even close to touching Mori, and everyone just FRA'd it. Like that's peak goon behavior

Even if it was proven that Jin's mental hax could work on Goku, Goku would still hit him since ultra instinct is Independent of his mind

I think Mori simply has a way better chance of winning here.
Even assuming his mind hax doesnt work its not like he's going to instantly get one shotted. He's already fought an insanely skilled guy that was capable of one shotting him and was able to fight back so its doubtful he wont be able to last at least a while against goku. Then there's the 250,000x amp which makes him capable of eating a meal before goku blinks. When he engages goku and sees his pressure point dura neg doesnt work he still has other options such as time stop + vibration with extreme duplication

Nah, UI allows him to be independent from his mind, when he activate the form, while he might control his consciousness, his unconscious mode will still autonomously attack and defend.. plus Goku wasn't even talking about his mind, he's talking about his heart being tranquil

If Goku don't have calm and tranquil heart, then Goku can't use UI, Mori mind hax is perfect counter to this.
Man, it even says it directly in the scan, "FOR THAT ULTRA INSTINCT TO WORK, I NEED MY HEART TO BE CALM AND TRANQUIL." It couldn't be clearer.
