I am pretty sure that Goku is faster than Mori, but not enough to speed blitz Mori where Mori would be a literal statue.

If they are near even in speed then refer to what I said about Mori.

Btw I'm pretty sure speed blitz on vsbw only requires like >=10x more speed.

speed blitzing is reliant on distance. my favourite go-to example is that you could react to a supercar coming at you at top speed (about 20x speed difference) given enough distance but not at a 5m range.

They still fight close range primarily which means even a slight speed difference is a huge difference.
