Gogeta and Janemba Upgrades

I thought Janemba reality warped Hell, which is the size of a universe iirc.

When Goku and Vegeta fused into Gogeta, didn't that shake Hell? If Hell is universal size, then they seem to be at most Multi-Galaxy Level.

Remove that last line, also I think that would be considered an outlier (Considering even Omega Caps out at 3-C, and the rest of the villains capped out at 4-A.)

Additionally, Hell was not stated to be the size of a universe, Heaven was. (Even though Heaven was shown as a planet with no gravitational impact on the humans that were there, so it could just be a contradiction,)
