No Broly movie was ever canon. Broly is a fully non-canon character. So is Pikkon. And many other filler/movie characters.

But Broly is a character we have here, and the Broly God movie accurately portrays his power above Blue Goku, I mean.
And if Broly was canon to the anime, characters like Pikkon should be casually Multi-Solar System level, due to being more powerful than the force that originally defeated Broly. Also, the first Broly movie takes place right after the Cell Saga or something, and Goku appears in the movie, and should be dead.

I'm pretty sure that ultimate maxi fusion is on Joke Battles Wiki so I think they would allow God Broly.
