All are at their levels during the GMG's, so no Tartaros, Avatar, or Alvarez arc stuff.
No plot induced stupidity, not plot armor, or asspulls. So that means Erza can't randomly activate and pull out the Nakagami armor thanks to second origin randomly giving her enough power even though her power was drained and it should've just refilled her magic instead of doubling it.
Scenario 1: Kagura vs Erza, Minerva never interferes and stabs Kagura. So it would be Kagura vs Erza. Then Minerva vs the Winner.
Scenario 2: Minerva does intervene so it's Kagura vs Erza then Minerva vs Erza
Scenario 3: Erza is allowed Nakagami armor in her fight with Minerva but Erza is still heavily injured and Minerva doesn't go into PIS and stand there looking on in awe and then throwing a bit of a tantrum.
