In the wake of a successful CRT of mine on scaling via one-shotting, I decided to take a look at X791 instances of one-shotting and comparing those who one-shot 7-B's to the 7-B+ people, and from what I've gathered it seems that people who one-shot 7-B's in X791 should be put on the same level as the 7-B+ people like Laxus and Jura.
First off, LFDM Natsu one-shot Etherious Jackal, who was >= Base Natsu (as Natsu struggled to block his punch with a 2-handed block) and is already stated on his profile to be comparable to people on X791 Natsu's level like Silver. This puts him >= X791 Laxus, who stomped but did not one-shot Base Tempester, who fought and matched Base Natsu.
Also, Devil Slayer Mark Gray (before his Mark Evolved) one-shot Etherious form Tempester, who is clearly above Base Tempester, so DSM Gray in X791 should also scale to 7-B+ before his Mark Evolved due to Momento Mori.
Also, Strongest Armor Erza one-shot Minerva, who is above Orga who is comparable to Base Natsu, and Clear Hear Clothing Erza one-shot Kagura who is somewhere above Base Erza but below Strongest Armor Erza since she did destroy Erza's Adamantine Armor.
Also, Gajeel's Steel Dragon Sword did one-shot Super Armor Torufazar, who was far more durable than Tempester.
It fits with how Clear Heart Clothing Erza defeated the strongest Pandemonium monster, who was stated to be so strong that even a Saint would struggle to beat them, and they were almost certainly referring to one of the X791 Saints already shown in the story, in particular Jura. Yes Mira said that Jura is above Erza (and herself), but it should show that CHC Erza was at least comparable.
