It's been too long. I'll just note down some stuff.
-Knives jumps down from multiple floors and clashes with Ramona . I'm guessing that would possibly be around Wall level thanks to the falling from great heights calc. This is consistent for scaling since the other SP characters are above her
-Uses...well, knives. That's Street level
-Gets hit with a potted plant by Ramona
-Knives kicks a large hammer out of Envy's hands. To put that in perspective, Envy scales to Ramona
-Was slammed into a wall by Ramona
I'm thinking Street level at the minimum. Thoughts?
