Give Healing to most Pokemon Trainers

In all seriousness, all trainers worth their salt have some sort of Potion on them. Many have quite a few. So...yeah. Though, this mostly applies to game characters as idk if anime and manga characters have them.

Furthermore, playable characters like Red and Sun should have access to the other items like X-Attack or Berries.

Yeah, and if anything, playable characters should have powers like Power Bestowal, Statistics Amplification and stuff like that via items, same with others for only the items we know they have.
