Oh I don't know, that last episode was pretty cathartic

Gilgamesh has superior intellect, more versatility, and ways to bypass her regen. And her refitting won't work for the aforementioned reasons.

She does have a chance of one shotting him because of his Durability but it's unlikely if he stays in his Vimana and bombards her with everything he has. Clairvoyance makes it even harder for Ragyo to land hits.
