Fate/Zero vs Fate/Stay Night | Gilgamesh vs Archer

Round 2 of my F/0 vs FSN series, a battle of the archers, but is the Archer class really made up of Archers? They do anything but use a bow and arrow albeit barely, but whatever. And I think Da Vinci describes it best that Gilgamesh doesn't even feel like an archer class. Nonetheless, Archer attempts to do what his younger self did, and that is beating King Gilgamesh. They have faced each other before, but never at full power or a fair fight.

Servant Gilgamesh used, but Ea is restricted.

Gilgamesh stomps. Archer in the VN said that Shirou should fight Gilgamesh because he'd refuse to take him seriously unlike Archer and that Archer would get stomped by him. UBW doesnt counter GoB when Gilgamesh is being serious and using it tactically. Archer also cant replicate non-sword items that Gilgamesh could pull out.

yes but he will do it eventually against Archer, before getting jobbed. Shirou was an extremely specific circumstance.
