Bullet scales to 20.1 Teratons via a 3x multiplier, so he's 2.3x stronger than the Juubi.

Funnily enough, this is like a Power Ranger fight. A big ass mecha vs a big ass monster.

I'll give this to Bullet. He's physically stronger, can enhance his strength to be undamaged with Haki even at this size and if he imbues Conqueror's Haki in one of his attacks he'd tame the Juubi for being animalistic. He's more static, but I don't think that's a problem considering he's quite fast in reactions anyway.
