AP is Megafoe on Ghost Rider's side to Gigafoe on Madail's, presumably same with Dura. May or may not become relevant. What's the best feats of Ghost Rider's hellfire?

Madail should win. Low godly Regenerationn and type 8 immortality. Plus, all you need to resist penance stare is strong willpower... Which is how the punisher kind of shrugged it off.

Punisher ignoring penance stare really shouldn't be considered. Idk how it meshes with Daemon morality and senses, but its actually a far more powerful ability than that usage would imply. Madail should feel pain, but being a daemon may not be affected by that. Not sure.

He's not like chaos Horus where he's backed directly by all of chaos, as I'm pretty sure chaos undivided followers are treated more as drawing from a generic chaos than they are as receiving power from the four main ruinous powers simultaneously. Abaddon and Horus are exceptions in that regard. Still not sure how well it'd work.

Penance Stare not working on Frank is contradicted by it working on other characters who also explicitly had no regrets in what they'd done.
PS needs a soul or similar analogue to work though, and I'm not sure Madail actually has that.
I'm also not sure if this weakness is still canon, but if it is, that's kinda a big deal for Madail even if it actually works on him.
I'm not sure of how big of a deal this is anyway, because if we're using 4-B unrestricted Ghost Rider he's >1 megafoe to Madail's 3.5 gigafoe, which would be a 3,500x difference.
