Zarathos has been shown as somewhat comparable to Mephisto, and an unrestricted Ghost Rider once defeated Mephisto)

And according to Hulk´s profile his "World War Hulk" key is High 1-B at its peak:

High Universe level (While holding back his rage, he was more powerful than he has ever been as the Childlike Hulk. Stalemated The Sentry[28]), up to High Hyperverse level with Rage Power (When he stops holding back,[29][30] he should be far more powerful than otherwise. Ghost Rider's profile needs a revamp overall since I'm pretty sure he wasn't really updated after the marvel cosmic characters got into High 1-B, but yeah.

It's more of a fix rather than a full crt, so it's an easy agree. My comment was related to his entire profile and its dire need to be revamped.

Nothing implies Hulk was at Full Power

Throughout out the World War Arc, Green Scar was holding back. We when he fought Sentry he was still holding back. The only time he went all out was in the Dark Dimension. So we can't upgrade him. OP made that clear already

And Besides when Ultima starts revising Marvel Hell Lords, Ghost Rider will get upgraded since he already scales to Mephisto.

The Heroes where confident that Sentry can beat Hulk but the Battle ended in a stalemate. Being capable of beating someone doesn't necessarily mean they can beat that character at peak.


I can think of giving him a far higher for now since we don't know if they were about Full Power Hulk.

Both transformed back to their human forms and Bruce punched Robert and mind you Hulk was still holding back
