I don't think it would work, Bill made the Nightmare Realm his home and he's out of time, besides, Bill fought with time baby, Bill said the time baby army that can Stop time with equipment, and I don't see why not considering that The Time Baby can do the same thing because he is a God who controls time and this prevented Bill from being able to manipulate time, with him only being able to do so after his "death".

Well, from what I read about the player's profile, he can't save himself from most of the things that Bill can do like absorb soul, deal with his invisibility, sleep manipulation, madness manipulation, etc. player doesn't have much to do against Bill. Bill Cipher FRA

Although if the player manages to hit Bill with antimatter that would be pretty catastrophic right? Also stuff like manipulating the galaxy that they’re fighting in could also be pretty bad such as using gravity manipulation and telekinesis to throw bill around and throw black holes and other galaxies at him. The player could even hypothetically try to throw Bill into a wormhole and try to erase him from existence. Maybe Bill has some counter to these but I’m just throwing it out there just in case
