i dont think so, perpetua knew they were fighting a losing battle where she would still win in the end (she even acted like she was losing)
and the totality shouldnt empower them because they never won the vote with the people (hence, why they lost and death metal happened)

the whole point of the totality thing was to beat perpetua which never worked

but if this is true, shouldnt this lex be 1A? because totality was apart of perpetua once? and this lex fought a totality amped justice league?

this is also still the same comic where batman sent a bloodlusted superman flying with the electric gloves when they were mindontrolled by spectre

Unless there’s any anti feats I see no problem with his electric gloves being Superman tier, but the atomic skull thing is just an outlier he’s not using any equipment in that

While I'm against batman being higher than anything but multi city block I don't see how the gloves make him a superman tier when it could just mean his enemies have crappy electricity manip resistance

Fair point, although I wouldn’t say it means his enemies have crappy electricity manip resistance, his electric gloves affecting them just means he can generate more electricity then they can resist not that their electricity resistance is bad

Looks fine, definitely better than most DC profiles, but the New Gods' physiology in the 52 key should be in her Godhead key, I think.

While mostly true the New God Physiology stuff has things for both Emanation and Godhead. But yeah, the god heads should have all the stuff emanations can do (note: The New God God Worlds in Ram Vs run are within the universe)

The merging of the cosmologies was decided some time ago, and our blog needs to be updated according to the agreements reached. I need time to gather sufficient information on the points we previously agreed upon regarding this merger so that I can then make the necessary changes since i was inactive for a while. Xearsay also knows a lot about DC cosmology and could be helpful, especially regarding the Bleed section of the DC Cosmology blog.

Anyway, could someone refresh my memory on what was agreed upon regarding the merging of cosmologies, so that I know which parts we combine and which we do not ?

Anyway, I think that the High 1-B/1-A rating for Shazam should definitely be removed. The Rock of Eternity was clearly treated as a physical object within the linked story scans, not a beyond-dimensional structure, and wouldn't moving it be more of a range feat anyway?

From what I've seen here he did the feat because the rock amped him. WW and Supes should be above base Shazam but a full power shazam/rock of eternity boosted one should be above them

Well, 1-A still doesn't make sense based on what was shown in the linked scans. Superhero stories with many hundreds of different writers are extremely inconsistent, and The Rock of Eternity was apparently treated as a physical object in this one.
