We know that from Death of Superman to Superman: Rex (Superman 175, with Doomsday Rex) about two years passed as it's the anniversary of Superman's fight with Doomsday and Superman treats it as if he'd gone to one before.

Using this scale, I feel like, in context to Pre-Death Superman/Post Death Superman, this shows they would only scale to his planet and Galaxy tiers, not to his Low Multiverse tier.
