Garou's AP in his Pre-Awakened form

So, in the recent chapter, Bomb remarks that if Bang takes even a single hit from Garou's Roaring Aura Sky Ripping Fist, the shockwaves from the blows will envelop Bang's body and break every bone in his body to pieces. Moreover, even after getting just a graze, Bang lost the fight. So, doesn't that count as a one-shot? Like, shouldn't Garou's AP be well above Bang's durability in order to achieve this feat? Bang is already a 7 A, so I think Garou's this form's key should be changed to 6C or Island Level.
