Garou takes this via better ap,better h2h combat skills,adaptation and Regenerationn.He just goes h2h at the start of the match and destroys Goku without giving him a chance.

How Garou is 5-B tho? Boros is only planet buster in his final-ultimately attack and noting suggest Garou can tank or defeat that attack,he should sacle to only Boros's Meteoric Burst which Multi-Continent level

Boros has planet level durabiltiy, Garou attacks are melee than Garou wouldn't be able to hurt Boros if he had Multi Continental attacks. Goku is planet level with kaio-ken times 3, 4 means he is stronger than baseine planet level. Also Goku has planet level striking strenght with kaio-ken times 3

He was trying less then none but that doesn't mean he was trying much. He could have been try 1% for all we know.

The punch itself never even connected to the beam it was entirely the shockwave.
