Teleporting to different dimensions isnt a problem to Garou, as he did it by himself before, the thing is; when its something in the same plane of existence, he can teleport to whatever his vision finds

I want to mention, I don't understand the regen argument when it comes to radiation. Regeneration won't stop your sub-atomic particles from being pretty much scrabbled unless you resist the level of radiation Garou produces. The instant a piece of Kaguya regenerates, even on a molecular or sub-atomic level, that piece is already riddled with radiation.
