Garou has shown to be able to avoid attacks and projectiles even when he's not even looking at them, and he wasn't nearly as powerful or skilled as he is now when he did that, nor the level of Enhanced Senses he now possesses. Plus, IIRC, the Ash Bones have actually pierce into body to take effect. Kaguya is 5-C to Garou's 5-A, possible 4-C durability. Not to mention that Garou could just deflect them, catch them or portal them away himself.

Yeah they have to pierce, but still if his durability isn’t concrete enough to confirm he can tank them I wouldn’t disregard it as a possible win con for kaguya

She's only ever pierced people with 5-C dura or lower. Garou is 5-A at the very least.

Is it molecular, atomic, or sub-atomic? Cuz if it's molecular then he can just ionize her to death passively, and if it's atomic he could likely just induce fission and split her atoms

It only does if it's something that would lead to aspeedblitz coming from the slower character.
Like a MHS+ blitzing a FTL+ through a speed amp is forbidden. a Lighspeed character blitzing a subsonic in a speed equal match with a speed amp is allowed.

This is cap. Zombieman has Mid-High regen and was literally immobilized within seconds of being exposed to Garou.
Not to mention he was killing children dozens of meters away too. Just by existing.

tbf she would need a very high regen speed to get rid of something that incaps or instantly kill and lingers for a long time. A character can have high godly and take like 10 years to come back again from death. A character can have high-low regen that works so fast the only way to kill them is actual decapitation because even setting them on fire wouldn't do the trick.
Garou could use a portal and hug her from behind and just use her as a stool while her body absorbs more and more radiation essentialy turning her into a living "Elephant's foot"
