Hello, all! Glad to have you back for yet another Sonic CRT!
Introductio
So a while back, there was this calc right here that placed the cast at 614 Zettatons. Cue finding several other feats, an inevitably argumentative CRT, and finally adjusting the profiles after they went through, and bam! All was right with the world!
But as you likely saw in the comments, Executor (the one who evaluated it in the first place) recommended that the person who did the calc could find more accurate results if he actually found the mass of the plate/continent/giant ass rock. In doing so, our dear friend Mephistus made this new calc right here! The accepted result? 1.4 Yottatons because people are still afraid of that demon known as 5-A Base Sonic
Scaling
Due to the accepted result being so close to 5-B+ (which starts at 1.5 Yottatons), the cast is pushed into that range anyways. Why? Simple, amigos!
Sonic has fought against Chaos Four, which absorbed four Chaos Emeralds. The Chaos Emeralds offer an exponential increase when together rather than a linear one, so it's safe to assume that four together would offer at least a .1 Yottaton increase. Anyone who says otherwise is downplaying filth
As a supporting feat, as stated in the profile of our dear edgie hedgie, Shadow, he can fully harness the power of his Chaos Emerald. As another supporting feat, some of the cast of Sonic Battle can fight Emerl after he absorbed the power of a Chaos Emerald to grow in strength. We already use this as supporting evidence, so nothing much has changed except the AP value a single Emerald gives.
Yet even still, you may be saying, "But Shake, you nincompoop! If Shadow can harness the full power of one Emerald, and Emerl can be fought with the power of one Chaos Emerald, how does that push them into 5-B+?" Because it doesn't change the fact that Sonic is repeatedly stated to trai and grow stronger (sometimes even "much stronger") and faster. If not outright said, it's the allusion to it as well.
So, to conclude, they're in the 5-B+ territory no matter what.
5-A
Many people are seeing 5-A via upscaling, so it's time to make a list of those who can possibly scale into it.
There's a few, but they're manageable.
The 5-Bs of the verse all get buffs, with some possibly even reaching into 5-A!

- Chaos 6 (Absorbed a large quantity of Chaos Energy, and scales to 6 Chaos Emeralds)
- Sonic with the Light Speed Attack (Deals double damage against Chaos 6)
- Knuckles with the Maximum Heat Attack (Same as LSA)
- Excalibur (Heavily superior to Base and defeated somebody who stomped him prior)
- Werehog (Absorbed a heavy amount of Dark Gaia's energy, and is heavily superior to Base)
- Unhibited Shadow (Stomped an army of Mephiles clones)
- Neo Metal Sonic
- Mephiles (Required all of Team Dark to defeat him)
- Iblis
- King Arthur (Needed to be heavily weakened so Sonic could defeat him)
- Infinite (Stomped Sonic)
- Mega Death Egg robot
- Post-Forces Sonic (Beat Infinite after their first encounter)
There's a few, but they're manageable.
- This is really just the general one. Everyone who currently scales to Planet level will now scale to Planet level+.
- Those fron the list above will either get an "At least 5-B, possibly 5-A" or a flat "5-A" rating
