The wizard staff can create forcefields, heal, and interact with intangibility.

It is not for this RP because it is too out of place but is it possible to create an OC with the theme of ben 10 (I mean omnitrix and transform into several aliens)?

I was curious because before I was in the ben 10 revision thread and I got a notification from this thread and boom stupid question exist

Shiny Arc provides just Energy Projection, resistance to Magic Nullification (Able to be used in places where magic cannot be used), Magic Absorption, Transformation (Into different weapons). Should also be able to be used as a regular wand.

Alright, how about changing the Halo’s power to this:

(Can create three imperfect versions of himself, with half the strength of their masters and have the ability to project his conscious onto them in the form of a ant sized dart. Causing their original form to disintegrate and for their doubles to become the new host of their minds, bestowed with the full power of their previous bodies.)

Luna is fine because it's durability negation. Butcher's was bad because it ensured that you couldn't miss, which when combined with additional stuff later down the line can become incredibly OP

Two imperfect versions is fine. But I should be clear that you can't amp them, otherwise you basically end up with multiple perfect clones of yourself.

Equipment: Her Cellular Phone; a device built to serve as a mystic code for Brianna. Using its camera function, it quickly analyzes the magic formula produced by an individual, allowing Brianna to understand the magic quickly. It is an object that only responds to Brianna's unique Semita Arcanum and doesn't require electricity to fully function, rather it relies on Brianna's mana. It also has magic circle "programs" or "Apps" installed within it for Brianna's quick and immediate use. Aside from that, it works as any other smartphone.

-Storebox: An app which allows Brianna to shrink inanimate objects in her hand into data in her phone. Her phone holds approximately 3 Terabytes of data with 1/4 of that currently being occupied by the apps on her phone. This app also allows her to erase data into nothing rendering the objects themselves unsalvageable.

-Quickcheck: An app which analyzes an opponent's magic rank before any magic is ever even fired off. Though it only tells Brianna the typical rank of a mage's magic and wouldn't alert her of if an intermediate spellcaster can use advanced spells.

-Locksith: An app Brianna uses which can seal magic within the general vicinity (10m) as data to later release as a physical phenomenon. Although it's not typically possible to seal the magical attacks of enemies within this app (As there is a download time that usually requires a few minutes); Brianna uses this to launch her own pre set-up chants (long and short) at enemies in a rapid-fire manner.

Weapon: Royal Sword - A simple weapon that Nat carries around. This weapon can never leave Nat's side, and even if it somehow leaves their side, it will be unusable by whoever has it, unless they happen to have Nat's consent.
Not only this, but the weapon itself can manipulate Fire, Poison and Ice, simply being able to switch what it's controlling with a thought. Being able to release it or merely manipulate the energy around to turn it into said element. This can allow to set one's insides ablaze or freeze anything nearby. Even if for a short moment.

Power: Dracula (Castlevania)'s Demon Castle

(Only Weapon is a main part of them)

Seems fine. Regen is lowered to low-mid and no putting others in a state of apparent death.

All of that is fine, but keep in mind Dracula's passives will likely be resisted by PCs

Magic Mark : a Mark within Kei's soul that allows him to use Fire Magic and allows him to absorb Magic though the Mark is incomplete and absorbing magic makes kei cry in anger so he can't absorb magic for more than 15 seconds


Gerataia's Ring :

The result of kei's contract this ring is used as a backup in case kei can't summon creatures from Gerataia's realm.

The magic ring allows Kei to summon monsters from Gerataia's realm but the creature depends on the summoner Kei's powers/willpower though kei can summon a creature that is much stronger than him named the gero due to kei having a direct contact with gero

TLDR gerataia's realm is yugioh spirit world/ persona's collective unconscious/SMT's Makai so basically a place where you can summon stuff
Right now kei is fodder so he can't summon any strong creatures he can only summon creatures he befriended
He has 3 basic creatures 1 of them a skilled swordsman the last 2 are demons with guns
And he has hundreds of cute creatures from the far east of Gerataia all of them are cute animal looking creatures like small rabbits and dogs but they are fodder and used for utility purposes like using a rabbits to sneak into a prison

Rider and the Crucible are fine, but instinctive reaction needs more elaboration than just linking to the wiki page

I think they were trying to say that there's technically different types, kinds, and levels to Instinctive Reaction; so just listing the page as a power isn't descriptive enough.

  • Appearance: A somewhat pale man, with light facial hair and an unusual complete lack of visible scars or general skin imperfections. Dresses plain, spreading Sventhaeaei over most of his body as a thin, skin-tight armor.
  • Equipment:
    • Sventhaeaei: A telepathically receptive bundle of an unknown liquid metal, serving as Kahlimei's primary weapon. Normally held in a canister or used passively as armor, the material is as strong as any magically enhanced armor or weaponry and capable of being manipulated with an extreme fineness of motion. Encompassing approximately a meter cubed if it were morphed into such a shape, Sventhaeaei can be used both as a very short-ranged or quite far-ranged weapon, although acuity of control drops with distannce from Kahlimei. The component material is fine enough to slip cleanly into the smallest of capillaries and skin pores and general change it's state of matter as required, presenting a uniquely gruesome danger to even slight contact.

      Of course, the forms that Sventhaeaei can take are limited to what the user, in this case Kahlimei, can imagine or is imagining at the moment. For example, while Kahlimei lacks the knowledge to make particularly advanced firearms or weapons, similarly effective projectile weapons can be formed and used at will. While it does respond to strong and clear mental images, like of a specific decorative piece, it also responds to simple intentions, such as wanting to slip through the crack in or between pieces of armor. Most notable of it's applications are it's effects on other metallic objects, seeming to convert them into more of it's own material by engulfing them and forcibly distributing it's magic or other supernatural effects into the rest of the material.
  • Powers:
    • Holdfast: Saying that Kahlimei's body has a unique aptitude for fine control and staying power would be an understatement of comedic proportions. Almost thing-like in his capacity for survival, his body, while unable to actually heal itself at the rates it seems to, can pull itself together from wounds that would otherwise be instantly fatal, or even turn him into a particularly messy piece of street art. His bones force themselves into their natural position and shape, his blood vessels close of their own accord, and even his blood returns to his body as though running for shelter, continuing to pump itself through forced-together veins on it's proper course. Essentially, his body acts in such a manner as to continue his life independent of outside factors, or at least attempts to, including attacking or avoiding harm on it's own. Due to this, attrition tactics, such as attempting to let Kahlimei bleed out or render him unconscious due to concussions or general injuries, simply do not functional against him.

      Furthermore, Kahlimei has equally great manual control over his body. Able to alter his pain tolerance, control his metabolism, spray stomach acid as a distraction or genuine weapon, produce spikes of bone from various parts of his body, solidify his blood, use his spine as an independent weapon and actor, and even more are all easily possible through this. This usage in particular can heal more severe, fundamental wounds to Kahlimei's body, such as poisons that have already taken effect, acids, or simple forced cell death.
    • Veterancy: While certainly not as capable as some found across worlds, Kahlimei is a profoundly skilled combatant, both with weapons and with his body alone. Despite being unable to conjure outright supernatural effects through this capacity, he makes up in this extent with his mastery of a wide range of topics related to combat. Chemistry, physics, ballistics, aerodynamics, biology, the works, it has been studied ad nauseum until the knowledge is no more impressive than the ability to breathe. The usages of such things in combat only require a small degree of creativity to imagine.

      Even further, Kahlimei's experiences and age have hardened him against a wide range of phenomena. This is a combination of outright resistance to a variety of outside factors, such as how one may be resistant to a disease, and a general hardness against such things, reducing their effectiveness outside of simple immunity to an effect. For example, while one may or may not be immune to the effects of heat of a certain degree of intensity, the latter would be similar to the heat simply being less intense as far as Kahlimei's body is concerned.
