The Planet Trade Organization invades World A with the intent of conquering it. Frieza's ship lands in the center of Cornelia, and the Warrior of Light appears to stop the invader and save the world. Can the Hero of Prophecy defeat the Extraterrestrial Tyrant?

Rules:

This is Frieza in his First Form against the Warrior of Light at his strongest and as the Knight class. However, Frieza can transform into his second and third forms if the fight is not going in his favor.

Both combatants are bloodlusted.

Frieza is restricted of flight, to make the fight more fair for the Warrior.

Fight takes place in Castle Cornelia.

Who wins? State your reasoning.

You gave Freeza just way too many restrictions, if this was 4th form Freeza he would wreck, but 1st form Freeza gets beaten.

That was the point. His fourth form just stomps the Warrior and flight just makes the fight a tad bit unfair as the Warrior cannot do so.

What about Frieza's 2nd and 3rd form? I know it's kind of unknown on how much of an exact boost does each form really give but why not give him those but still not give him his 4th and final form?

I think he means from FF1, though thanks to you and other users from the other disccusions Frieza will soon gain a speed advantage over him in his 1st, 2nd and 3rd form.
