In that case, maybe, just maybe, Mewtwo. Only because Mewtwo is a no-nonsense character to Frieza's cockiness, and will lead with mindscrew. Frieza's attacks can be dodged while Mewtwo's can't. Keep in mind, if you're coming from Yhwach vs Frieza, I'm only saying this because speed is equalized. Frieza touches Mewtwo, Mewtwo is dead.
