Should [Frieza's Final Form (Dragon Ball Super] be downgraded once again to Solar System Level considering that the revision for DBS has yet to go through and Goku has yet to be upgraded in his base form???

The profile assumes Final Form Frieza fought "Saiyan Beyond God" Goku. Even if this hellish post tournament revision doesn't happen or isn't accepted, his rating will still stay the same. So no point in downgrading.
