Because of his now superier durability and strength, Kazuma would have no problem laying the smackdown on Frank. The best he can do is a fight a yakuza member who was able to crack concrete with his fist while Frank just tear apart fragile zombies.

I know that this thread is pretty old and i'm necroing but.
I'd say that Frank wins due to having the advantage to create combo weapons which some of them Kiryu can't get through.

I know that Kiryu has weapons tho. It's just that they pale in comparison to the big arsenal Frank has, just look at some of the wacky and exaggerated combo weapons they gave Frank in DR2:Off The Record or DR4.Jimbob The Fiddle said:
