<The atmosphere> itself already self explanatory i believe, atmosphere only exist within every planets not in outer space
 
Do you think the logic used to put Golgius at level 7-B is valid? From what I remember, ranks are ranked by strength, so a higher rank means being stronger.
Scalling character doesn't need to be perfectly comparable to other characters in the context. You can be weaker but still scale to other characters as long the gap still not too far at the point "unreachable" In narrative wise and still make sense reasonable.

As for golgius, i guess still in the case.

One piece i believe the best example
