Flash (Wally West) vs a few Touhou characters

I'm just really curious. Obviously, won't be added. Purely for the sake of discussion.

Yukari (3 minutes of prep. And can't hide)

Kaguya (her regen should pose a threat)

Reimu (composite. Aka, 4-B and access to FN)

1. Depends what is allowed with prep. She could just surround him with portals so he won't blitze her then take care of him?

2. Flash blitze and one shot. Kaguya regen and Eternity.

3. Flash blitze.

For one. No BFR for either side. For two, my main question for this match is whether speed steal would work, and if she could even see him to eternity.

Also, unamped Wally, not that it matters.

Yukari could likely undo speed stealing with boundary of stillness and movement. I don't think Flash can steal speed from a Soul. Not that it matters, the soul doesn't need to move.

Nah. I meant Kaguya. Flash wouldn't need to speed steal Yukari, which is why I gave her prep.

Well again what is allowed with Prep? She can't boost herself as far as I know without NLF so she would need to modify the terrain or debuff the enemy with prep.

Basically as long as it's not anything that won't let Flash have a chance of touching her, then it's allowed. So no gapping out or trapping him before the battle or BFR. All other gaps are allowed.

The best she could do is make the gap between them wider so it would take him long to reach her but I'm not sure if she can do that.

1. Probably the motion and stillness one mentioned earlier. Alternatively, hacking the Speed Force for speed equalization.

2. If Wally can't regconize Kaguya's instant, he lose before even having a chance. Otherwise it's probably a draw out match of 1 second before Kaguya putting the Eternal.

3. Technically, Reimu would (or could?) be blitzed beyond compare. With only her soul remaining though, she probably could still activate FN to turn this into a draw (as beside surrounding the field with duplex barrier, I can't really think of anything else that would work). So technically it's her lost.

Yukari wins on the first round,Kaguya might get reckt, Reimu wins as well.

Yukari is quite obvious why i think she wins, Kaguya i'm not sure she is able to win, Reimu might win because she can float out of reality while still attacking Flash even tough that doesn't happen by her own will.
