While Fire is not affective, Natsu can heal and replenish his stamina by eating Heatblast's fire, increase his stats should he get angry and severely overwhelm Heatblast, and can even null Heatblast's flames. I don't think Heatblast even has a viable win con

Wait a minute, I know this off topic, but, shouldn't Natsu have resistance to Conceptual manipulation type 3 EE, he flat out resisted Mard Geer's memento Mori which erases existance on Conceptual level

Would anything change if I changed Natsu's key to 6-C or not?

It would be more of a stomp in Natsu favor, even with the upgrade Base Natsu still stomps given his resistance can withstand High 6-C flames. And any AP gap gets closed via Absorption.

Heatblast has been upgraded check the main Ben 10 page for new stats for Reboot.
