Powers additions in the OP look fine, from what I read. Surtur's also having Type 4 Immortality would also be fine to me.

I personally do not see them being any different that some of the AU or Alts that have a profile in the FGO verse.

Specially Marth, Brave Veronica, Fallen Ike,dreamy Corrins...

Okay so next update Kiran is gonna get Telekinesis and any skill that required Red/Blue/Green Tome, Swords, Axes, or Lances

Also Weapon Mastery

Kiran already has Weapon Mastery, but yea. We should wait until the update comes to see if the weapons come with any different skills though. But we do know that Kiran will now be able to use skills/specials they previously weren't able to use due to being a tome user. (Pavise, Aegis, etc)

Indeed, it seems that the newest update also gave him advantage against every other unit in feh.
It almost makes me wonder if Freyja vs Kiran is viable or not.

Base Freyja is High 3-A with 2-A hax without her brother and 2-A with her brother's powers, which was shown to be superior to the entire order of heroes.

(unless someone wants to argue PoR Ike is stronger than her since "Oooh Ike's the strongest hero!")

No, she was only 2-A in the dream world.

technically it has multiple layers

Full Freyja > Freyja >= Infinite Azuras > Single Azura =Base 2-A

The only thing that would stop the rest of the cast being 2-A is the fact that they never defeated her physically, they used the horn thingy and she ended up killing herself.

No they did defeat her and her clones physically. Multiple times in fact.

Those clones are nightmares, so they might not scale but maybe might.
And she was not killed in battle since she had to EE Peony.
But hurting is the bare minimum for a tiering, right?

You don't need to kill someone to scale, yes

As long as you were to fight someone you probably scale to them

and technically we fight Freyja more than we ever fought Hel
