Satella has feats, she destroyed half the world with a black hole, and has all the other witches abilities not to mention being immortal.

Fiamma Stomp Easy, like said above, Fiamma can one touch kill, in the Light Novels is stated that he can destroy the Planet without even trying in "Base" and was beating everybody until he gets Index...that is when Fiamma gets God like Hax Level ( Nobody cant beat him or touch him ) until Touma defeated him ( Imagine Breaker XP ).
Immortality or not, Stella still have her body & soul, If Fiamma wants he can turn her out of existence, now that this is match then thats something Fiamma will do to Win the Match.

What you just said is a lot of NLF's like saying things like he can't be beat or touched. His base is rated as large continent level here and not planet level. And how exactly is he gonna turn her out of existence? Satella's existence is described as being indestructible, and even with characters like the sage, dragon and sword saint they can only seal her and these are top tiers in a verse where mid tiers like the whale and the bishops of gluttony can erase people from existence.
From what little we know the dragon has soul manipulation and even with that he couldn't destroy her. Satella gave subaru the ability to return after death, whether he respawns upon death back in time or to a parralel universe it doesn't really matter it means she also can do that and added to the fact that she also pulled subaru from the real world to her world while sealed i very well think she may have low godly regen as she doesn't seem to be tied to just one dimension, so killing her is gonna be really hard and not to mention the fact that with the witch of wrath's healing power she can bend cause and effect to heal herself.
Can fiamma survived being absorbed by satella? Cause he is gonna get a black hole to his face or just by being around her die as she sucks all the life out of everything around her.

Huh? Immortality doesn't last forever what? This is faulty reasoning here, satella is stated to never age, wither or die she is immortal.
In case you haven't noticed this is base fiamma which is only hypersonic+ with lightspeed reactions and i made 2 rounds one with speed equalized and one without.
Also satella is high hypersonic with massively hypersonic reactions. Even La Persona Superiore a Dio fiamma is only mhs with lightspeed reactions so i don't know where you are getting mhs+ from.
Just posting a link to the profile isn't good reasoning you have to explain why you think he would win.

Fiamma Wins in a Stomp Easy cuz with the simple Fact that in the Novels was stated that he could destroy the planet without even trying before he gets Index, and was stated to be more powerfull than the Saints that can destroy Mountains easy and move Hypersonic+, by that statement is easy to considarate that Fiamma in Base is Planet Level with High Hypersonic Speed with Lightspeed Reactions. While Fiamma with his Holy Right is Planet Level+ with Massive Hypersonic+ with Lightspeed+ reactions. A Fiamma with Index was stated to be God in the Novels ( Though all the characters & us know that Fiamma isnt the Real God ) before Touma fights him and break Fiammas's face.

Listen we have base fiamma rate here as large continent level and that is what i am going with as that is what is on his profile if you feel he deserves an upgrade go and make a content revisions thread but until then he is only large continent level.
Nothing ever last for ever is not a legitimate argument against satella's immortality in this debate, yes everything has a limit but if you are immortal you are immortal. Yes there are levels to immortality but even someone with type 1 immortality cannot die from natural causes, old age or illnesses, satella has that plus her existence cannot be destroyed.
Base fiamma isn't gonna make circles around her because again there are 2 rounds and speed is equalized in round one and in round 2 satella has high hypersonic combat speed so she is faster but fiamma has higher reaction speed with the holy right.
