Hail Ainz Ooal Gown

The other day I saw an ep of Billy and Mandy where Grim had a zipper with all the powers and functions Sticky Fingers shown. The guy probably lacks some powers.

And so does Grim

Ainz can ressurect like, one time only. Also, Grim is bloodlusted, so Soul hax gg, and even if that doesnt work, he will keep traveling back in time until he finds a way to win.

Actually it does

Unless you cast a resurrection spell within the 12 seconds that tgoalid is being cast you permanently die

True death also nullifies resurrection

Nevermind it says that there is no counter besides casting a ressurect spell within 12 seconds

Idk if that means you can't resurrect otherwise but meh

Iirc Liches have a high instant death resist in Yggdrasil so Ainz likely wouldn't start with grasp heart and might actually time stop true death

Bloodlusted doesn't mean prior knowledge. He wouldn't know to go for soul manip unless it's his starting move.

Ainz won't use True Death against a skeleton. He'll just hit it with about any spell, ever. Summon some monsters.

Also I'm fairly sure a thread for Overlord Soul Manip. Resistance existed?

You know what Im at a loss short of ainz using wish upon a star or a world class item (Note cant be used as most of said items that ainz posesses are featless) He cant really deal with grim saying that grims attack power is lower than ainz durability. While ainz with his magic is listed as far more damaging than grims durability can deal with...

The problem is grim will simply ressurect and eventually use the scythe to reality warp/soul hax his way to victory. In this case is less grim winning as much as the scythe stopping this from being inconclusive. Without it grim would ressurect and contue to be killed by one of ainz tenth teir spells like reality slash, nuclear blast, Ect.

Its kinda reminscint of a fight I saw between the old hunter and alex where the old hunter lacked the ability to really damage mercer but mercer couldn't keep him dead. The scythe luckily pushes this more in grims favor.

Honestly this probably falls into a stomp as ainz has no means of victory, with the scythe I doubt wish upon a star can really do anything and as its mostly featless we cant garentee it can do anything. As stated above world class items are to featless for us to do anything with. There isn't a path to victory for ainz in this scenario.

Are we assuming true death will negate grims ressurection than? In that case I give it to grim, ainz isn't going for true death, the goal of all life, timestop before bloodlusted grim uses the scythe to somehow screw him. I gotta say considering overlords characters resistance to soul destruction Im unsure his soul manip will work but the scythe gives grim an edge here.

So the scenario where ainz wins he either a) uses wish upon a star to ascertain a way to kill grim or b) he randomly comes across the right combo before grim does him in.

Edit: Its still a matter of the scythe winning this battle as without it grim would keep coming back and ainz would eventually win by using the correct combination to keep grim dead. So scythe for the win?

Yeah but that gets negated by tgoald. Which is why Im leaning towards grim he needs to use true death in combination with that skill, he has no way to know what combination of spells can win this for him and he's unlikley to get the correct combination before grim manages to pull off a win with the scythe, without the scythe ainz eventually gets the right combo and kills him permantly. Saying that does grimm drop his scythe on death? Cause if so reality slash ainz steals the scythe and eventually wins due to the above combo
