• Upgrading A+ rank Noble Phantasms such as Galatine, Balmung, Clarent, Bellerophon, and Golden Wild Hunt to High 7-A, Excalibur / Photon Ray to at least High 7-A, Enuma Elish to 6-C, Lord Chaldeas to At least 6-C, and Akhilleus Kosmos to 5-A.
• High Luck Servants having "Enhanced Luck (or whatever), Minor Fate Manipulation (Servants with B-rank Luck or higher can change their own fates to evade inevitable outcomes such as having their hearts destroyed by G├íe Bolg)"

Though I seriously wonder what EX Rank luck does..

She may have it cuz of her skill that makes the impossible possible. That would be my rationalisation anyway

The best clear example we have of what Luck can do besides survive Gae Bolg is Arjuna always getting what he needs when he needs it at A++. While his skill is obviously part of this it seems clear that it's at least part of the reason behind his Luck, alongside all that divine favor.

Are we sure that in the case of BB, her "star" rank means EX?

I'm fine with the luck changes. Though BB shouldn't get the luck stuff as that's GO BB and not CCC BB who we have a profile for.
