Its really that easy for him? Wow I thought it'd be tougher after reading about both of them.
 
They are also fighting in the dark area where lucemon is omnipresent. Lucifer can try to sever him from the dark area but lucemon has resistance to conceptual attacks. And his durability is on complex multiversal.
I dont think the issue of his AP will be a big deal as he can buff it with digivolving over the fight.
 
The main thing I believe lucifer has going for him is that he could potentially still rewrite lucemons main concept. If he changed the concept of malice in man to anything he can deny lucemons power.

That should put him way over lucemon now that I think about it.
