Yeah it's because Dragons are so Strong that they resist Magic due to being far physically stronger, it's not like all Dragons have an Inherit resistance against Magic and Physical Damage, It's just that they're far superior to everyone, And Dragon Slayers literally Damage A Dragon far beyond a person's natural Limit, what you're saying is the same as saying they are super effective against Dragons, another example of this is Devil Slaying Magic, they work fundamentally the same, DF Natsu was far stronger than Gray and he did less damage to Mard Geer than Gray did, because he had slayer advantage, as well Sherria, who was fighting Dimaria was cutting away at her Take Over, all the magicas are also the same as They can eat and resist their own element, and have a threat of becoming what they slay, like with the Dragon Seed, and Devil Marks

A dragons durability and resistance come from his scales, without their scale then they can easily be damaged. But a dragon slayer magic was made to bypass that very scales and hurt the dragon, and even slay them.

I have also stated Facts from the manga, like how far weaker characters are able to severely Damage and Injure Dragons, due to Slayer Advantage, which is consistent, But you're right, we should agree to disagree and move on with our lives

I agree that dragon slaying magic only bypasses resistance. Otherwise erzas dragon slaying slash would have outright obliterated ireen.

She did Obliterate Irene, she One Shot her Dragon Form, Erza is NOT stronger than Irene, even with POF, also if the damage was only Neutral due to Dragon Slayer Magic it would likely not One Shot her, However since Dragon Slaying Magic is super effective, it did One shot her
