We already have it on the profiles that most of the characters end up scaling to the Might Reactors, so why are they only Large Town level+? Black Shadow was going to use the Dark Reactor to destroy the universe by shrinking it down to how it was before the Big Bang and he was going to recreate it in his image as a universe of evil. Here, he was shrinking the universe. Here, it was stated the power was swallowing the universe. Here, it was causing the universe to disappear.

He needs all of them in the reactor to remake the universe, however the reactor was overloaded before being stabilazed / complete.

The explosion that he's being scaled to was with all of them, and he was shrinking and swallowing the universe with it when it only had two Reactor Mights.

They are scaled from Black Shadow overpowering one Might Reactor, more of them in his Dark Reactor were messing / shrinking the universe but in order to fully recreate it he needed all of them, but at the end the reactor received more energy than needed causing it to overload which exploded killing Falcon and Shadow.

I'm not sure why two Reactor Mights should be more than two times more powerful than one Reactor Might, which they've scaled to on many occasions. If not, they should at least have a key using their vehicles, in which several of them use two Reactor Mights.
