Someone said in a Giorno thread that omnipresence has to do with a state of existence and not actual speed unless specifically stated or shown. Jotaro can also prevent Solaris from going back in time or any of that other bullshit by simply overwriting reality so it never happens.

Could he stop time and Punch Solaris within it? Also Jotaro could just punch himself and say "All past versions of me are invulnerable to Solaris." but that's out of character .

Don't think time stop is doing much for a being that involved with time, then agin didn't play 06 but ya can't blame me there.

Jotaro could potentially do something like that, we know TWOH could erase Funny from every universe at once despite killing only a single Funny using reality overwrite and didn't DIO effect himself be removing his time stop limit? I keep being told that's what happened but don't actually recall that being stated.

Eh, Star Platinum has Infinite speed, so the only way Jotaro would win was if he had a time frame to summon him and use Reality Overwrite on himself or Solaris. Solaris takes this if Jotaro doesn't start out with Star Platinum out.
