You can't absorb fate/luck.

Sefar has zero feats of doing such, and her entire history is an anti-feat.

He needs to write an entire book if he wants to cause more than a minor buff.

Hard to write a book in the middle of combat.

It would either be a stalemate every time, or Reggy would win.

"World's most intelligent man who can predict the future" vs "guy who moves at random using a coin that sends the future into flux, and is so lucky that every move is the perfect one to make."

Except there's the possibility that I get lucky enough that you mess up.

Eh, don't know if it's comparable, but Junko's analysis alone can predict luck, so it's probably a stalemate then.

Yeah, with the boost from Alakazam and Sherlock, I can probably use analytics to predict and counter your luck. I don't entirely expect Randall would win though.

So put it like this

Your luck is superior to most luck because it can make nearly any percentage of a event that would aid you a certainty. However, that doesn't necessarily stop your luck from being predicted. Normally it's impossible to stop this, because your luck can act before the current point in time, but that's hard countered because of the fact that Alakazam also has retrocognitive abilities as well, meaning both past and future changes can be predicted with my analysis. Combine that with the NP and it's more like a stalemate or a victory in either's favor, ignoring the fact Randall has the inherent intelligence advantage regardless. TLDR it's more "smart man who can predict what luck changes in the past or future" vs "man whose luck can affect the past and future"

Eh fair enough.

Could go either way then.

Though I might be able to luck your precog into not working.

Especially with Pioneer of the Stars
