A nigh-Omnipotent being has given us all powers of various people through fiction. He has given us all powers and many other people's power throughout the Earth so he can watch as the world is thrown into Chaos. His goal is to make the world stronger through strife and conflict. If it doesn't survive, he doesn't care. You can band together to take out the new threats as they arrive to conquer entire regions of the world, try to murder as many people as possible, etcetera, or you can be one of these threats yourself.

Act nice.

Combat speed is somewhat equalized. If you have a speed advantage, you will still have it. However, if the speed diference is TOO big, it will be Downgraded into just seeing the enemy in slow motion.

Status boost that make you go over the max tier will be nerfed into just making you go over the edge of the tier.

When in a fight, both fighters make a action. Only make one action at a time.

Don't make your actions too complex. Only 1-3 moves in a action at least.

Don't try to force your actions on other players.

Don't take a character that is already taken

If a character's main power is restricted, he can't be used.

Inside the barrier, my clone and I begin writing skill books. For some reason, it seems natural to write them all at once while creating afterimages. Thanks to our incredible speed and finesse, we manage to finish them all in just a few minutes. I head over to Giana when I'm done.

[@Christian You claw clash with the shield directly, burning it as it goes. The shield doesn't break, however the momentum of your claw push back the battalion downward, plunging them into the deep and breaking their formation]

A.I: From what I see, they're more like mollusk, actually.
 
"Mollusk, huh? I'll kill em either way." His claws shifted to become larger and sharper as he kept on scratching.
 
[@Christian You continued to charge downward, breaking the shield rank as it goes. As you arrive at the mid point though, a large hurricane appear from underneath you, and trapped you in the middle]

A.I: Careful, I detect similar energy signature from the cannon you got hit earlier, coming from the wall of the hurricane. You shouldn't touch it.
 
Randy looked in shock, yet he just waited there, for he may have a good plan. It required pain to himself.
 
A.I: However, I can make a barrier around yourself, that could counteract against the corrosive nature of the energy itself. The effect last only for 1 second though, so you need to pick a right spot.
 
"I dunno the-Wait a second. Can't i teleport?" He thought. "Then again, this isn't the best time...I guess do it then?" He said.
 
A.I: The power around you also have space restrictive property, so you can't escape by such. Our only chance would be this.
 
A.I: "Aim for the eyes of the tornado, as fast as you can. Below it, I detected some kind of sphere that's the origin point of the hurricane. You need to destroy it in one hit, with all your strength."

[The AI then deploy a barrier around you, snuggly close to your body as if it's a glowing body suit.]

A.I: The interval where it's weaken will arrive in 3,2,1...Go!!
 
He zoomed out of the right spot at very fast speeds. Way above being faster than light, to say the least. He looked at the sphere and started attacking it, not hesitating.
 
[@Christian As your claw start to destroy the sphere, you also notice a blur silhouette, as the person they used to be got shredded by your claw also. As the tornado disappeared, you plunged down to the temple complex below, right in the middle of it.]

Exploiting the new technique, I've gone around the world and visit each place that have been **** up by the guy, and used "Calming Buddha" to purified the place, gaining virtue and thus power in the process. While I was doing so, I also continued to think up of new technique to add to my roster...

Since there really is unexpected benefit in thinking up in a new direction, like before, I wonder if I could make similar discoveries with others.

So far, it's just a way to surely kill, or at least greviously injure any opponent, with Raging Demon even if they somehow clean of all desire, by additional combination between The Terror and No Second Strike, adding "weakness" to their mind and soul while also inccuring serious internal damage. I could also add on Lightless, Three-Stage Thrust into it, but the benefit is still unknown.

Other way is just continued with my shape-shifting, and figure out a way to add "Will" to my sword, by manipulating the fear and Satsui no Hado to concentrate around it, artificially creating a Youkai on my own. Of course, I also add another layer of Mu to purify it too, and "Calming Buddha" to accelerate the process.

It's still a work in progress right now, but if I succeed, I could add another layer of power. If this is successful, I could then begin on my others weapon that I haven't take out yet.

Soon enough, I finished purified all the land. I then return to Japan, back to base, and began the process of giving the weapon a will.
