Evangelion Downgrade: Gay Angel goes to Tier 7

Kaworu Nagisa is rated as Large Island level due to having "the strongest AT field of all the angels that NERV had faced up to that point". However, the strongest AT Field up to that point had only been Large Mountain level with the likes of Sachiel and Ramiel, since the Mass Production Evangelions didn't appear until after he was killed. Thus, Kaworu's rating is wrong and needs to be changed to reflect that.

I think the thing he scales from is Sahaquiel's Self Destruction, since that seems to be the only High 6-C in verse. The MPE are only 6-C. I'm not saying that's a good justification for him being High 6-C but just so you know.

The feat for the MPE was re-calced at High 6-C recently, but yeah, scaling Kaworu to that would be even worse, since Kaworu especifically scales to AT Fields.
