The last one isn't even PIS, he just means that they are both very powerful compared to, say, Galactus.

The second one is very vague.

Also, the second example would result in a 1-A Dormammu if we took it literally, so I think that we have to interpret it as typical DeMatteis hyperbole.
 
Also, Entropy would naturally be unaffected by the destruction of the structure of the universe, as that is much of the point of entropy.
 
Genis-Well simply reduced the entire universe to a state of entropy, he did not uncreate the multiverse.
 
At this point in time Eternity simply referred to the local universe, and "all of creation" is recurrently used to refer to just a universe, rather than the highest possible interpretation.

In addition, universal space-time wasn't even destroyed. All matter and energy had simply degraded to a state of inert uniformity, as was stated in one of your scans.
