Escanor and the Vampires - Potential Ability?

It was said and proven in the chapter where the vampires were introduced that Izraf (or whatever his name is, I'm fairly confident I got it right) warped the space of the environment. Of course by itself it doesn't mean much but then again if he could warp space then couldn't he have done that on Escanor? From the looks of it it might have been a combination of that darkness ability too. The one that swallowed everything and obliterated anything inside, that wasn't Escanor at least. And he somehow countered that.

There's also the end where Escanor was able to counter all the effects of Izraf's power. Though then again that might just be his ability being undone but either way this is a potential ability or at least resistance for Escanor.

Tldr Vampire boss that died has some spatial haxx thing, if he was getting desperate he would've used it on Escanor, but Escanor stomped him anyway

This seems like too much speculation to me.

His spatial hax would've been overpowered just like his purgatory shield was, because of PL difference. In fact, Escanor was at the strongest we've ever seen him, evident by his size; so Izraf was fighting a losing battle either way.

It wouldn't be really speculation considering that Izraf himself was the one doing the spatial haxx and referred to several times by the others.

That would still mean Escanor just shut down someone who can use spatial haxx. And it actually just became morning at that point on. He didn't have trouble with Izraf meanwhile he had a wound from Galan.
