No RC works on characters stronger than Meliodas and can't really be blocked but has can only be tanked or powernulled. Chandler used FC on king's increase so it should work.
Edit Ezra flight is limited and also darkness should be able to handle the weapons and has high-ranking demon physiology. Is the fight during nighttime? What is the distance?

Yes not really it's just that he has a limit to how many times he can regenerate and get weaker too if used too much.

FC won't work on erza sword same with VC. RC can be stopped estarossa showed it since RC doesn't jump tier or gives any amp or higher on the profile, erza's adamantine armor can block it. And erza can amp her speed and ap so she has speed and ap advantage. Mid regen being able to heal injuries not the damage would be problem since it would gradually effect his stamina.

The armour liteerally couldn't block a beam so a RC with Meliodas ap and her own will break right through it.

No, It's both their ap combined as shown with the TC, Rc would have one-shot them all.

It would require prior knowledge of the character's abilities and Meliodas uses RC as a last resort. So Ezra would not know that she has to block it.
