Actaully there's two that do:

The Nakagami Armor: Which is specifically said to disperse all her magic in order cut through "Space Itself", which means even Satsuki's durability can pierced through. And when you considere the fact that she doesn't have the Regenerationn like Ryuko or Ragyo, which would be detrimental for her.

The Wingblade Armor: The outfit comes equipped with wings, apparently made of swords, that can act as a shield. Moreover, any of the swords mentioned above can also be easily summoned and used for offensive purposes. The swords can "dance" on command in mid-air, similar to the circle of swords of the Heaven's Wheel Armor, to attack multiple foes simultaneously. And according to Erza, these swords are capable of landing blows without making direct contact, allowing her to bypass other her foes' defenses. So if she really wants to, she can use the armor to stay outta Satsuki's range and attack her from a distance.

Even though The School Council President's Strength is a little bit more than the Queen of Fairies, Erza has the versatility and some hax.that can help her.against Satsuki.

Erza being able to strike from range does nothing as she is still x40 weaker than Satsuki. Erza has one specific hax with one specific armor that she isn't using at the start of a fight and even if she does, it's not a one shot ability as seen with Ajeel and Minerva surviving it so Satsuki one shots with the only variation to this being if Erza puts a cut on her.
