4-A versions obviously. I don't understand if Emrakul's ability to move at any speed it wants will result in a blitz so speed is equalized. Who wins?

I think that Yncarne pulls a GEOM and goes lolerasure against Emrakul, and i'm not actually sure if even High-Godly regen would help

Is Ynnead's ability better than the Emperor's?

Ynnead can perma-kill Warp Gods so yes, it should be better I think. But the difference is only notable in the Warp, at this level both can kill you to the point where you just can't regen on your own (if you don't have True-Godly that is)

So, who would win between both of them at this level? Whoever goes first?

There is no sure answer. For now, we don't really know who has more power. But Ynnead can supposedly perma-kill other Warp gods, so I guess it would win in the long run
